Get the Code for your Blog

To apply for being listed on this blog and to get the widget to put the Logo on your blog, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Here are some general guidelines to keep in mind:

Must be a blog (not a website or homepage)
The primary focus of the blog must not be for selling of a product and/or service
Advertisement on the blog is OK, but financial disclosures must be stated plainly
Must have some healthcare related content (although telling your story from a patient’s perspective is fine, and all of the content does not need to be medical).
Must be at least three (3) months old
-and/or
Must have a minimum of 10 - 15 posts
Must be an active blog (not dead or “under construction”)
Must contain original content
Must not be automated, script or “robot” generated
Must respect copyright and intellectual property rights
Must not be selling illegal products
Must not display gambling, offshore pharmacy, adult advertising

Be aware that these are guidelines which are meant simply to guide, and won’t used as a means to police the blogs that apply. If your blog has a reasonable reason to not comply with some of the above guidelines, it does not necessarily exclude its acceptance. These are simply the guidelines we are using to help us make our decision for inclusion/exclusion.
