I am still working out the bugs, but if you want to post the code, please e-mail me at healthcare.bloggers@gmail.com with your site name and description. I will get you the proper HTML for the code. The following should appear on the sidebar (if I do my job right):

People may have trouble with the last line. It overshot the boundaries of the sidebar in the Anaconda theme on my blog (and I put it in the wider left sidebar). It may need to be trimmed. Otherwise the code works like a charm.
