Finally!
It took a while (and a bunch of e-mails that did not get through), but I finally got the “Official” logos. Yes, that is plural.
We have two new logos; the first is the previous logo contributors to this blog have agreed to.
This is meant for healthcare workers who blog (the initial intent of the code of ethics).
The second logo was created to respond to those non-medical people who wanted to post medically-oriented content in accord with the code, but did not feel it is appropriate to represent themselves as medical bloggers.
I will have separate areas where the list of patient bloggers and the healthcare bloggers.
Agree?

Works for me!
Now I just have to figure out if that loverly logo will fit in my sidebar… Blogger will shrink it, right?
Sorry, I’m dim tonight. I just had a week with server issues with our primary IT guy on vacation, which made me IT queen (a position that totally doesn’t suit me as I refer to computer parts as “thingies” and “doohickies”)… then he came back, and now he’s leaving AGAIN… urrgh.
So needless to say, the brain? She is fried.
But great work Rob! Glad to see this is up and running (and I’ll try to upload the logo even though I’m clueless).
I’m so in…not a wife but sitting here reading blogs after promising myself I was going to wash the dishes and clean the kitchen today…there are no clean dishes…that’s when you have to break down and either go get some paper plates and plastic cutlery which means going to the store. I hate going to the store more than I hate doing the dishes…so in a minute, dishes it is…

Rob
So if you are not a healthcare worker and you have a medically-oriented blog, then you would get the “patient blogger” one?
My blog is Medicana: http://www.medicana.blogspot.com. What do I need to do to get the Code of Ethics insignia? Do I need to e-mail you?
Yes, that is how I would do it, Mauigirl. Just click on the e-mail address so I can e-mail you back with information.
